The mission of the auditors is to accompany the companies in all the stages of their evolution, by helping them to conform to their legal obligations, to measure well the financial stakes and to apprehend the organizational and technological challenges throughout their existence.
Our Audit Expertise to support you
In order to meet these objectives, our audit process calls upon a wide range of technical expertise and knowledge. In particular, we are able to audit French financial statements, with full knowledge of the rules and standards applicable in France, while also taking into account the valuation and presentation rules required in the country of the parent company.
Our interventions can be part of a legal audit mission “Commissariat aux Comptes” as well as in the more specific framework of a contractual audit or in the context of M&A operations.
