He holds a Master II degree in business law and has solid experience in multiple sectors, particularly the industrial, transport, digital and healthcare sectors. Jérôme Sonet assists local French companies and international companies investing in France with employment law and HR consulting.
He sees himself as a partner in the development and success of his clients in terms of strategy, social issues and HR. He assists his clients with reorganisations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and company creation, providing day-to-day advice throughout the employment relationship, as well as in collective bargaining, negotiations and litigation. He also defends clients in Urssaf and labour inspections, and in labour and social security disputes.
Jérôme is a native French speaker and is fluent in English and German.
