We will guide you every step of the way to ensure your compliance and optimise your administrative processes. Benefit from a personalised audit, solutions tailored to your needs and comprehensive strategic support.

Why anticipate the electronic invoicing reform?
The reform aims to modernise commercial exchanges, enhance tax transparency and automate accounting processes. It applies to all French companies subject to VAT, whether they operate in B2B, B2C or internationally.

What are your obligations?
1.Receiving invoices
From September 2026, you will have to receive invoices via a Partner Dematerialisation Platform (PDP). Coffra group can help you choose and set up the PDP best suited to your needs.
2.Issuing invoices (e-invoicing)
Companies will have to issue their invoices in a structured format (Factur-X, UBL or CII) and send them via their PDP to their business customers.
3.Reporting transactions (e-reporting)
All non-B2B domestic sales must be reported: sales to individuals, abroad or to associations. A PDP will automate these transmissions to the tax authorities.

What are the benefits for your business?
- Real-time tracking of your invoices
- Reduction in payment times
- Payment of VAT upon receipt of payment for services
- Automation of tax returns
- Better control of accounting flows
