Nicola advises French and foreign companies - mainly German-speaking - in areas of business law, commercial law, distribution law and especially transportation and logistics.
Nicola is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a Rechtsanwältin. She has been a partner at the firm since 2020.
She holds both the Erster Juristischer Staatsexamen and Zweiter Juristischer Staatsexamen, qualifying her to practise as a German lawyer. She also holds an LL.M. in French, European and international law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. Over the past 20 years, Nicola has assisted numerous international groups with establishing and developing their presence on the French market.
Specialising in commercial and transport and logistics law, in both advisory and litigation capacities, she helps her clients set up distribution models and supports them in negotiating contracts with their partners.
Bilingual in French and German, Nicola is also fluent in English.
She is also a member of the German Association for Transport Law and the German Association for Distribution Law.
