Fanny Vançon-Ziad has been a lawyer at the Strasbourg Bar since 2019. Having obtained a Master II degree in labour law, she practised at an international law firm for four years, gaining solid experience in social law, before joining Coffra group in 2023.
She advises French and international clients on all aspects of employment law, in both an advisory and litigation capacity. She assists companies with the day-to-day management of individual relations, such as recruitment, the execution and termination of employment contracts, executive status and disciplinary procedures, as well as collective relations, including relations with employee representative bodies, the negotiation of collective agreements and the management of collective disputes.
She has particular expertise in supporting reorganisation projects, including restructuring, business transfers and job protection plans. She also advises on international mobility issues, such as secondment, expatriation and the management of risks related to cross-border work, as well as social security checks, particularly in the context of URSSAF inspections.
She works daily in French and English.
