Amandine Hanns has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025. She holds a dual Master’s degree (Master 1) in French and German Law from the Universities of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and Cologne, and completed her training with a Master 2 in Human Resources Development and Employment Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
She advises international corporate groups on all employment law and human resources management matters. She supports her clients in both advisory and litigation matters in employment and social security law, represents companies before labour courts, and assists them during administrative inspections. Thanks to her multidisciplinary background, she pays particular attention to human and organisational dynamics, systematically integrating operational and HR considerations into her legal analysis.
A native French speaker, Amandine is fluent in German and English.
