Adeline Charikhi-Daire has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012 and has been a counsel since 2025.

She has a double Master’s degree in French and German law from the Universities of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Humboldt in Berlin, as well as a Master’s degree in European law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Adeline works in compliance, business law and labour law in both an advisory and a litigation capacity.

Having worked at a Parisian business law firm, where she assisted and defended the interests of companies in competition and labour law (including providing advice and engaging in litigation before the competition authority), she joined Coffra group in June 2015. Drawing on her nearly fifteen years of professional experience, Adeline provides daily support to French and foreign companies in relation to acquisitions, establishment, disposal and cessation of activities, and compliance with French law on competition, consumer protection, personal data protection, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, as well as with supervisory authorities. She also assists companies with compliance and sustainability in their digital transformation (e.g. GDPR, AI Act) and provides innovative start-ups with project development and growth support (e.g. research and fundraising, proof of concept, exit strategy, IP rights) through our network of industry professionals.

A native French speaker, she is also fluent in German and English.
