A German statutory auditor (Wirtschaftsprüferin) and tax advisor (Steuerberaterin), Nadine Lapciuk has over fifteen years of experience in audit and financial advisory, gained within an international firm in Germany and France. She holds degrees in Business Management (Friedrich-Schiller-Universität, Jena) and International Economics (Université Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne). Nadine has developed solid expertise both in leading audit engagements for listed groups (DAX30), ensuring regulatory compliance and the reliability of consolidated financial statements, and in conducting audits for small and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring the quality and relevance of their financial information.
She joined Coffra group as a partner in January 2026.

With deep expertise in auditing financial statements under French GAAP, HGB, and IFRS standards, Nadine supports her clients in planning and coordinating complex audits. Perfectly trilingual (German, French, English), she stands out for her ability to thrive in demanding international environments and to deliver added value through a proactive, results-oriented approach. She is also committed to innovation, particularly through the implementation of generative AI-based solutions in audit processes.
