Yann Goineau

Yann Goineau has been a chartered accountant since 2015 and a partner at the firm since 2018.

After graduating from the École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers (ESSCA) and obtaining a Diploma in Accounting (DEC), he began his career at Coffra group. He progressed through various roles within the organisation, consolidating his experience and skills in supporting companies on an international scale.

With twenty years of experience, he has in-depth expertise in supporting French and international groups with audits and financial consultancy. He also oversees compliance and risk management assignments, setting up an effective internal control environment for his clients that complies with French and EU regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to GDPR, anti-corruption, and anti-money laundering measures. He is also responsible for the ‘expense certification’ activity, which carries out around 50 audits each year on projects financed by national and international funds.

As a holder of the sustainability visa since 2025, he ensures the reliability and transparency of his clients’ sustainability communications, assisting them with ESG reporting and compliance with European standards (CSRD), as well as monitoring CSR indicators.

He works in French, English and German.
