Victoire MENGIN

Victoire Mengin has been a lawyer at the Strasbourg Bar since 2022.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in French-German law from the universities of Saarbrücken (Germany) and Strasbourg, as well as a French-German Master’s degree in business law from the University of Freiburg (Germany). Victoire specialises in labour law.

Having gained extensive professional experience at law firms in both Germany and France, she works with international groups, primarily in these two countries, providing advice and litigation services on all matters relating to French employment law. She has developed particular expertise in assisting companies in difficulty, including those involved in collective proceedings and restructuring, and those claiming AGS.

Victoire is a native French speaker and is fluent in German and English.
