Stéphane Thomas is a lawyer at the Strasbourg Bar and has been a partner at the firm since 2020, heading up the Strasbourg office.
He has a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise, or Diploma in Corporate Law) and an MBA, and has significant experience working for one of the Big Four in France and Germany. He has over 25 years’ experience advising German, Swiss and Austrian companies investing in France on corporate tax matters, from strategy to operational implementation.
A legal and tax strategy expert specialising in transfer pricing and defence in tax audits and litigation, Stéphane regularly advises on M&A and reorganisation transactions, as well as digital transformation projects. In particular, he assists innovative start-ups in developing their growth projects.
A native French speaker, Stéphane is also fluent in English and German.
He is a member of the Direct Tax and Turnover Tax Commission of Alsace and a technical advisor to the Alsace Eurométropole Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
