As a Partner, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, Marie Bayle plays a central role at Coffra group, leading the Accounting Advisory practice. Having started her career at an international firm, she joined Coffra group and progressively rose through the ranks to become one of its key figures. She has demonstrated strong technical expertise, strategic vision and long-term commitment.
With nearly thirty years’ experience, she advises French and international clients on complex matters relating to accounting, tax, financial structuring, and the organisation of support functions. She is particularly involved in high-impact transformation and regulatory compliance projects. She also heads the firm’s Social Affairs practice and coordinates its Business Continuity offering, which is aimed at securing critical processes and strengthening organisational resilience in an ever-changing economic and regulatory landscape.
Fluent in English, she acts as a trusted strategic partner to CFOs and finance leaders. She has been a member of Coffra group’s Executive Board since 2022 and actively contributes to the firm’s governance and strategic development.
