Léa Rudloff has been a member of the Strasbourg Bar since 2019 and has practised at Coffra group since 2025.
Having obtained several Master’s degrees and LL.M.s in European and international business law and intellectual property law from the CEIPI in Strasbourg, Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Léa gained solid experience at an Anglo-Saxon law firm and at European institutions. There, she developed a rigorous and practical approach to legal issues related to intangible assets and the digital economy.
She advises entrepreneurs, SMEs, mid-cap companies and French subsidiaries of foreign groups in all sectors on all issues related to intangible assets, digital projects and commercial relations, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. She is an expert in intellectual property (trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, domain names, know-how and trade secrets), GDPR compliance, IT and technology contracts, cybersecurity, platforms and e-commerce. She also practises in the areas of commercial, distribution, competition and consumer law (including contracts, general terms and conditions of sale/purchase and unfair competition) and in the context of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Her work also involves drafting, negotiating and securing contracts, as well as strategic legal risk management.
Her work aims to provide legal security for her clients’ innovative, digital and online projects, and to define and implement strategies for structuring their commercial relationships.
Working on a daily basis in an international and multicultural environment, Léa is trilingual in French, English and German.
