Laurence is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. He holds a DJCE/DESS/Master II in Business Law and a Franco-German Business Law degree from the University of Strasbourg (class of 2005).
Having gained over 12 years’ experience within the German Business Group of a leading international audit and advisory network, Laurence specialises in advising on international tax law and assisting groups with their investments on both sides of the Rhine, as well as more broadly internationally.
She has developed cutting-edge expertise in international taxation for industrial groups (internal or external growth, restructuring, transactions, VAT, etc.) and in the energy sector (including renewables).
Laurence is Franco-German and can assist her clients in French, German and English.
