Juliette DIESTCHY

Specialised in assisting SMEs, ETIs and French subsidiaries of foreign groups in tax matters, in particular in the context of the transformation of business models.
Juliette Diestchy has been a lawyer at the Strasbourg Bar since 2018.
She holds a DJCE degree specialising in taxation and a Franco-German Business Law degree (JAFA) from the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg. She advises SMEs, mid-cap companies, and French subsidiaries of international groups on corporate taxation, particularly in the context of changes to business models.
With over ten years’ experience, she has developed a strong expertise in providing tax advice to non-profit organisations (such as associations and foundations) and in renewable energy taxation. She also advises on business digitalisation projects, such as reliable audit trails, e-invoicing and e-reporting.
Juliette recently obtained the ICCF2 certification from HEC Paris, strengthening her financial skills and improving her understanding of the tax and financial issues facing clients, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.
Juliette is a native French speaker and is fluent in English and German.
