Françoise Sitterlé is a partner at Coffra group, where she leads a team of six business lawyers.
Françoise Sitterlé has developed recognised expertise in international commercial relations, particularly in the Franco-German context, thanks to her DJCE (Diplôme Juridique et Commercial) and DESS (postgraduate diploma) in business law, as well as her Franco-German business law degree from the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg.
With nearly 30 years’ experience, she advises her clients — mainly subsidiaries of foreign companies based in France — on complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, insolvency law and contract law, in both advisory and litigation capacities.
Ms Sitterlé speaks French, English and German.
She is also a member of the IFPPC (Institut Français des Praticiens des Procédures Collectives) and regularly participates in the commercial leases subcommittee.
