Félix Gallet is a business lawyer at Coffragroup. With a Master’s degree in Fundamental Private Law from Paris-Saclay University and a University Diploma in Advanced English and German, he has a solid legal background complemented by linguistic expertise.
After gaining initial international experience in Germany, at Banque Privée ODDO BHF in Frankfurt am Main, and in China, in Shanghai, he joined Coffra in 2023.
At the firm, Félix works on mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts (service contracts, distribution agreements, commercial leases) and, more broadly, on legal issues related to business life. He also assists clients in litigation matters in employment and commercial law before the French courts.
