Fatou Hondier has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022. She holds a Master’s degree in Arbitration and International Trade from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ) and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen. She practises business law and has developed particular expertise in commercial contracts, business litigation, and compliance in an international environment.
She assists companies of all sizes, from start-ups and SMEs to mid-cap companies and international groups, providing advice and litigation services in commercial disputes, such as debt collection, breach of contract and contractual liability, as well as in collective proceedings, including takeover bids, receivership and liquidation, and labour disputes.
She also specialises in compliance matters and has expertise in GDPR, DORA and internal investigations (fraud, harassment and corruption), including assisting with the implementation of whistleblowing schemes. She participates in legal audits in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
Fatou is bilingual in French and English.
