Alexia Rigaud has been a Avocate since 2019. She holds Master’s degrees in both European Business Law (University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas) and European Law and German Law (University of Paris X – Nanterre). She initially worked at an international law firm and a large group, where she developed a strategic and pragmatic approach to corporate legal issues. She joined Coffra group in 2022.
She provides daily support to French and international clients in the areas of commercial law, company law, and real estate law. She is involved in day-to-day operations, such as the approval of accounts, transfers of securities and capital increases, as well as exceptional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and intra-group restructuring. She is also a real expert in commercial leases. She advises several retailers and assists companies in negotiating commercial leases and all types of property rental agreements.
Bilingual in German and French, she is also fluent in English.
