Christoph Schlotthauer is the president of the Coffra group. A Franco-German national, he primarily works with German groups looking to establish or develop their activities in France. His in-depth knowledge of the economic, legal and cultural environments of both countries makes him the ideal contact for cross-border operations.
Christoph holds university degrees from France and Germany (Paris Dauphine University and the University of Frankfurt) and is a certified public accountant and auditor in France. He began his career at Coffra group as an intern, after which he worked in Berlin and then at a large audit firm based in Atlanta, United States. His experience abroad has enabled him to develop solid international expertise and an excellent understanding of multicultural issues. He then returned to the Coffra group, where he rose through the ranks to become President. With over 25 years’ experience, he assists companies, particularly family-owned and medium-sized businesses, with development, restructuring and transfer projects.
He specialises in audits, strategic consultancy, business valuations, M&As and negotiations in a cross-border context. His pragmatic approach and mastery of operational and intercultural issues lie at the heart of his work.
